Composition: Monkfish fillets 30% (lophius piscathorius), Pout fillet 20% (Trisopterus Luscus), fresh cream*, Armorican preparation (cooking juices, shellfish shells, olive oil*, carrots*, onions*, leeks *, white wine*, tomato paste*, spices* and herbs*, Cognac*), tomato paste*, old-fashioned mustard* (mustard seed*, water, vinegar*, salt), corn starch, salt from Guérande, Guar seed flour*, pepper*. * Products from organic farming. 35% of ingredients of agricultural origin come from organic farming.
