Vintage recipe of sardines in olive oil with Espelette chili, 115g.

Connétable is in one of the oldest yet still active canneries that the sardines are prepared by methods used since 1853.
They  are fished along the Breton Coast during full season when the sardines are at their peak of freshness and ready for canning.
They are carefully prepared by hand with respect to traditional methods and laid into extra virgin olive oil to give peak pleasure to consumers from all over the world.
