

The concarnoise cotriade
The cotriade is a traditional dish consisting of a fish soup in which you will find delicious pieces of selected fish, accompanied by potatoes and vegetables for a complete meal.
It is a South Finisterian specialty.
Description
Ingredients: water, FISH (61%) including selected pieces of pollock fillet and haddock, vegetables (potatoes, carrots, leeks, onions), tomato paste, WHITE WINE, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf.
