Fish ravioli in lobster coulis, 400 g.

Stuffed with tuna and ricotta, these ravioli are served with tasty sauce made from whole lobsters. Just eheat over low heat et accompany them with a green salad or fet them brown in the oven with a little parmesan or grated cheese.

paste : durum wheat semolina, water, egg. Farce : ricotta, breadcrumbs, tuna (16,5% of farce), durum wheat semolina,egg whites, salt, pepper, algae. Lobster coulis : water, tomatoes, whole lobster (11% of sauce), tomatoes purée, onions, cream, salt, butter, sugar, spices and herbs.
