
Lightly smoked sprats
This little cousin of the sardine has a finer and less salty taste than the anchovy. Smoked over alder wood and refined in rapeseed oil, it is rich in vitamins B, D and E as well as omega 3, 6 and 9.
Description
Lightly smoked sprats, 120g. Contains between 12 and 16 sprats.
Ingredients: Smoked sprats (Sprattus sprattus) 75%, rapeseed oil 24.1%, salt 0.9%.
